We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our day yesterday. Thank you to all of the Wildcat family members who took time from their morning routines to join us for Breakfast with Books. It was a morning filled with reading, a tasty breakfast, and many smiles! We’re already looking forward to next year’s family events.

The 4K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade classes have had the privilege of having two seniors come into the classroom and help with their learning for the past semester. Yesterday, the classes had a surprise graduation party to thank Sadie and Shelby for all of their help and to let them know what positive influences they have been for these little learners!

Middle School Field Trip Information
The last two Fridays, La Farge 8th graders have had the opportunity to participate in Club Scrub hosted by Gundersen St. Joseph's Hospital in Hillsboro. Over the two days, the students learned about a variety of careers in the healthcare industry and engaged in hands-on activities such as: casting, suturing, blood typing, starting IVs and a variety of rehab services.
Last night our annual Fine Arts Night was held with an amazing showing of talent and support! Students were recognized for art, band, student council, math club, FCCLA, forensics and drama. Boy do we have an amazing group of young adults filled with many talents! Here are the top 6 art pieces by Grace Nemec, Ivonne Ramirez, Maddy Benson, Kirsten Wood , Brielle Hansen and Hallie Nemec. Honorable mentions were recognized as well by Kirsten Field, Chelsey Huebsch, Hayden Fowell and Nolan Reese. We are so fortunate to have such hardworking and dedicated students!

Last week 5 middle school students traveled to De Soto for the visual arts fest! They saw a presentation by local mural artist and owner of Lucid Painting, Sarah Pederson, and then participated in three art making activities. It was a great day spent creating and learning about the visual arts!
