4:50 pm--drop off desserts/baked goods for meal in park above school.
5:00 pm--arrive in band room in purple music shirt to get music and music stand ready for concert. Percussion load equipment.
5:30 pm--set-up and warm-up/tuning in park.
6:00 pm--Concert start time in park.
